The Mathematical and Computational Physics (MCP) unit of the Department of Physics at KNUST is dedicated to disseminating knowledge and equipping students with the necessary skills. In line with the university's mandate, the MCP unit is proud to break new ground in preparation for the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQ) 2025 with an E-learning lecture and talk series (including lab visitation, mini-projects and others).
This is a 6-month (1 Aug 2024 - 28 Feb 2025) intensive introductory school for African students and professionals to explore the exciting multidisciplinary field of quantum science and technology (QST) in energy, healthcare, materials technology, and other sectors.
