Sponsorship & Support Packages for <AoC|Q> 2026
Thanks to the support of our partners, the African International Conference on Quantum Computing and Simulation (<AoC|Q>) will offer Travel Bursaries (between 25% to 100%), Full Accommodation Support, and Free Registration for selected students across Africa to attend the 2026 conference in Kumasi, Ghana.
Accommodation Support
Partner funding will provide free accommodation for the full 7-day conference. Accommodation will be arranged in secure student hostels or partner guest lodges, with shared rooms assigned by gender at the Impact Building, KNUST. Sponsored students will also receive daily lunch and refreshments during the program.
All sponsored students will receive full registration waivers, giving them access to:
- Keynote sessions
- Workshops and tutorials
- Hands-on quantum computing labs
- Roundtable discussions
- Poster presentations and networking events
Eligibility and Application
Students will be selected based on:
- Academic interest or research relevance
- Motivation and potential impact
- Regional and gender inclusion
- Institutional representation
- Poster Presentation and others
Awardees will be notified and publicly listed on the conference website.
Possible Streaming Live on YouTube will be Announced to students who will NOT be Selected for the in-person conference.
